Windows hidden devices

Had the same problem too..

Open a Command console window

click Start -> then Run

Type CMD then Enter

Type

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 and press Enter

then type

start devmgmt.msc

A new window for the Device manager opens

Then click

View Menu - > show hidden devices

You should be able to see tyhe ghost devices
